Housing Navigation
The Basics
TRAC has opened a new Drop-In Program, where tenants can receive free in-person support with their tenancy issues. Our Housing Navigators can provide information on tenancy issues, referrals to other organizations, and in-person support with Residential Tenancy Branch applications. While our Navigators cannot provide legal advice, they may be able to assist eligible clients with the intake process for our Housing Law Clinic.
Drop-In Hours
- Monday: 10am – 4pm
- Tuesday: 10am – 4pm
- Wednesday: 12pm – 4pm
- Thursday: 2pm – 6pm
- Friday: Closed
- Weekends and Statutory Holidays: Closed
Please note the drop-in will be closed on:

You do not need to book an appointment to come to the drop-in. You can visit us by coming in during our opening hours.
