Personal Information

Personal information includes things like your name, address, phone number and email. TRAC does not automatically collect any personal and identifying information of visitors to our website except when voluntarily provided. Depending on the nature of your interaction with our website, we may gather some personal information necessary to complete the interaction, such as collecting your name and e-mail address to subscribe you to our newsletter, or so that we may contact you after you have submitted a form.

Any personal information you provide us is entirely voluntary and will only be accessible to certain qualified staff. Our website uses SSL data encryption technology to ensure that when you subscribe or donate to TRAC, your information is secure.

We do not sell or rent subscriber or donor information under any circumstances.  We will not share or make public any personal information gathered through our website without prior consent except as compelled by law. If we are required by law to disclose the information that you have submitted, we will attempt to provide you with notice (unless we are prohibited) that a request for your information has been made in order to give you an opportunity to object to the disclosure. We will attempt to provide this notice by email, if you have given us an email address or by postal mail if you have entered a postal address. If you do not challenge the disclosure request, we may be legally required to turn over your information. In addition, we will independently object to requests for access to information about users of our site that we believe to be improper.

If you have questions about this privacy policy or would like us to correct, delete or update your personal data, please contact us.

Non Personal Anonymized Data

Like most websites, TRAC collects non-personally-identifying information such as IP addresses and page usage statistics to measure and evaluate traffic to our website. We do this so that we may review how our website is being used and to ensure that the information and service we provide are useful and accessible.
